Payment Policy

Matto Group LLC currently uses Pay by invoice for checkout. When you place an order, no card is charged on the checkout form. Matto support reviews the order and confirms payment and fulfillment details before shipment.

Current Checkout Method

The checkout payment section will show the active payment method available for your order. If Pay by invoice is shown, submit the order request and wait for Matto support to confirm next steps. Do not send payment to anyone claiming to represent Matto unless the instructions come from our official support channel.

Payment Security

Matto Group LLC does not store full payment card numbers on this website. If additional payment methods become available later, the active options will appear directly at checkout.

Order Review

Some orders may be reviewed for product availability, address accuracy, payment confirmation, or fraud prevention before fulfillment.
